100% Casein is a nighttime protein containing slowly digesting proteins that support the growth and maintenance of muscle mass

100% Casein is a nighttime protein that contains slowly digestible proteins in the form of micellar casein. Over a few hours, it slowly breaks down into amino acids during digestion. It is especially excellent for those of you who want maximise support for muscle mass growth and maintenance.

These properties of the protein are mostly linked to its micellar structure, which breaks down in the digestive tract more slowly than is required for whey proteins.

In the ingredients list of the protein, you will also find minerals. The first one is magnesium, which promotes normal protein synthesis. Furthermore, it aids in the maintenance of healthy muscle function and the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion. Its effects are perfectly complemented by zinc, which promotes regular macronutrient metabolism in the form of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. Furthermore, zinc helps in the maintenance of a healthy level of testosterone in the blood.

100% Casein, thanks to its properties is therefore perfect for anyone who strives for maximum support of muscle mass growth. All strength athletes, especially bodybuilders and weightlifters, will appreciate it. However, it is also appropriate if you want a snack with a high content of slowly digesting proteins.

It comes in the form of a powder that is highly soluble and only has to be combined with water. However, it also tastes fantastic when combined with milk, smoothies, oatmeal, and other meals as it adds flavour and enriches them with essential proteins. Ideal to take before bedtime or at any time during the day for longer periods of time without food.
