Anabolic Monster Beef is a hydrolyzed beef protein powder with 90% protein content. Since it is a hydrolyzed protein powder, proteins are divided into shorter peptides. Tgus, thanks to its protein content, it contributes to bone health as well as muscle growth and maintenance. It doesn't contain any sugar and has a low-fat content.

 

The product is further enriched with creatine monohydrate to increase physical performance during short consecutive intervals of intense workout. However, successful results depend on a daily intake of 3 g of creatine, which this protein will assist with. It also has a delicious taste and excellent solubility. You can enjoy it after a workout or at any time of the day.

    I bought the beef protein because I am lactose intolerant. Unfortunately, although presumably for other reasons, it also contains something that causes diarrhea. I do not know whether it is the additives or the beef protein, but about 40 minutes after drinking it, I have to rush to the toilet. I have noticed that it is very important not to put more than one level scoop in the shaker. In fact, if the amount is a millimeter or two below the top of the scoop, I do not always get diarrhea. As for its effects, my experience has been positive: I can confirm the benefits described in the product description. The muscle pump and rapid recovery definitely worked for me.
