It takes a little longer to dissolve, but it is not nearly as sour as many people say. That may vary from person to person.

A first-class supplement! I take 3 g before training and before bed. Its effects become truly noticeable after a week: increased libido and greater strength! In terms of value for money, it is currently unbeatable. I highly recommend it and will definitely order more...

A product that really works. I recommend it.

I took one level scoop mixed into hot tea every morning for about three days. It barely dissolves in cold water, tastes terribly sour, and upsets my stomach badly when taken on an empty stomach, so I recommend taking it after a meal. Nothing happened for the first three days. On the fourth day, I had an erection from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. that was so intense I thought it would kill me. Previously, I had been able to “handle” the situation, if you know what I mean, but this time I couldn’t finish the job. The same thing happened early on the fifth day. I was sleep-deprived and felt unwell, despite having had quite an energetic early morning. After thinking it over, I realized that this stuff takes about 20 hours to have an effect. I took a three-day break, eating ordinary food and drinking water. After that, I took the same amount with dinner, dissolved in warm tea and then left to cool. The following day, its workout-motivating effect kicked in at the “right time”—during my afternoon workout—and lasted until early evening. I didn’t want to stop exercising for quite a while. So, used thoughtfully and sensibly, it’s a good product. 35 years old, 100 kg, single; I work out 3–4 days a week.

A good supplement with no artificial stimulants. I recommend it to all my friends.

Good product, but not perfect. It dissolves very poorly, although it does dissolve well in hot water. I usually mix it into my tea in the evening, and it works quite well that way. Both my wife and I can feel the effects, including during workouts. I haven’t tried the capsule version, and I don’t think I will, because this one offers much better value for money. As for how it dissolves, that’s the trade-off!
