Glutamine Powder - 100% pure glutamine as an amino acid supplement for athletes

Glutamine Powder is a high-quality source of L-glutamine, one of the non-essential amino acids. Glutamine performs an important function in the muscles, where it accounts for approximately 60%. During training, its level may decrease, which also affects protein synthesis. Glutamine Powder is therefore used to supplement the required amount of glutamine for athletes. It contains up to 5 grams of 100% pure L-glutamine in a single serving, which is the amount found in 4 large eggs, 115 g chicken breast, 135 g soybean or 115 g lean beef.
