I was concerned about the one-size-fits-all design, but I was pleasantly surprised (36 cm below the knee and 43 cm above the knee). It provides excellent support and is comfortable to wear. I strained my knee two weeks ago, and although I have been squatting a lot during the day, today I was finally able to work out thanks to the knee support. It provides adequate support for squats with light to moderate weights (70–100 kg). I am sure I will find it useful during the day at work, too.
