My body has a high metabolism rate and I feel hungry every 2 hrs and find nothing to eat . lazy to cook to be honest. I bought this gainer to maintain my weight with normal daily food intake without any exercise and my impressions and results, 1. I mix 1 scoop of gainer(vanilla flavored) with 500ml of milk, 1 tea spoon of gymbeam peanut butter and a banana ( sometimes a cup of oats meals) to bump up those calories. blend them in mixer. 2. I did not like the taste of vanilla initially because it has some weird aftertaste, after a day I got used to the taste and started to like it. 3.the drink will definitely makes you gassy. 4. for those who said it is hard on stomach, I personally did not feel anything weird. 5. The gainer did really help to maintain those daily calories and protein and essential vitamins. 6. I guess I have no change in my weight since I don't exercise or take more than a scoop of gainer. Sorry that I can hardly speak Slovak and I cannot write the review in Slovak. I am working on improving my Slovak language and Ill write the review in Slovak in few months,Hopefully :D .     In my opinion, it is amazing. As soon as it arrived, I made a serving and could feel it. This gainer is available at a ridiculously low price, and since I have a fast metabolism and struggle to gain weight, it has really surprised me. I consume 8,000 calories a day, plus this three times daily. I use only two scoops each time, because I think four would be excessive and far too sweet. I ordered the strawberry and banana flavour, and I recommend it: the taste and mixability are excellent. It causes me no stomach problems, even though I drink it three times a day. Sometimes I have it before bed as well, making it four times a day, but only occasionally. As I said, this gainer is not for everyone. I rate it 10 out of 10, and I think I will order another when this one runs out. One more thing: mix it with water, not milk! Have milk with your cake, but not with this. Otherwise, I am not surprised if you get diarrhoea. I have never met an athlete at the gym who mixes a protein supplement—specifically a gainer—with milk, only water. And do not sip it slowly: drink the whole serving at once rather than savouring it like a meal your mother cooked for you. If you mix it with water, eat well, drink it as intended and work hard, you will see results. But if you lie in bed enjoying it with milk and eat nothing all day, do not expect anything from it.     I think it’s worth the price. It tastes exceptionally good and is great for replenishing energy. At first, I was hesitant because I was worried the serving size would make me feel bloated, so I split it in two: 140 g during the day and 140 g after training with 5 g of creatine. This works perfectly for me. It leaves my stomach quickly, and I can eat again after just 30 minutes. As for the flavours, the brownie is delicious. The vanilla is drinkable too—a little unusual, but it goes down easily enough. Overall, it’s worth buying because it isn’t loaded with sugar, so it doesn’t wreak havoc on your digestive system or your blood sugar :D.
