At this price, it is a good product for beginners or those on a limited budget. However, why does it not clearly state that the product contains 61.1% protein, approximately 10% fat, and approximately

3 stars. The product is reasonable value for money. After three weeks of use, there are noticeable improvements in muscle definition, gains in muscle mass—not enormous, but about 2 kg—an increase in strength, and good recovery. The taste is too sweet, both in the chocolate and vanilla flavours. I have not tried the other flavours. Solubility is about 3 out of 5 stars. I rate the product 1 (one) star because it arrived with a torn bag, and some of the contents had spilled into the shipping box. When I picked up the bag, even more spilled out before I realised what was happening. Seriously, did you not notice the bag was torn when you put the product in the box??? The box was covered in powder/protein beneath and around the bag! :) Otherwise, a 3-star product.

    Flavor: triple chocolate
I really do not understand why anyone would put so much sugar in a protein powder. Not only is it unhealthy, but it also tastes extremely sweet, even when I mix it with half a kilogram of plain yogurt and berries. Perhaps I chose the wrong flavor, but in any case, I will never buy this protein powder again.

    Flavor: triple chocolate
The best protein powder I’ve had so far. The triple chocolate flavor is excellent, and I could drink it from morning to night. It does have a lower protein content, but with three scoops per serving, it’s fine. The amino acid profile is a big plus too.

    Flavor: strawberry cream, triple chocolate
I’ve been using this for a while, so this isn’t the first time I’ve ordered it. I’ve tried plenty of protein powders, but this one has worked best for me so far, partly because of the price. As for the taste, the Triple Chocolate doesn’t really taste like chocolate; it’s more like cocoa. Still, it tastes good and isn’t sickeningly sweet. I think the chocolate flavour tastes better with water than with milk. The Strawberry Cream is also very good—it’s my favourite flavour! (It tastes good with both water and milk.) However, I’ve noticed that it foams up a little more than the chocolate flavour, so if that bothers you, I’d recommend choosing the chocolate one instead. I’m not giving it five stars because, unfortunately, it isn’t available in a rigid plastic container, such as a tub. The problem with the bag is that it’s difficult to reseal after use. The manufacturer could consider a hook-and-loop closure; I’ve seen it on other products sold in plastic bags, and it’s much better than the current solution. Apart from that drawback, though, it’s a decent protein powder for the price.

I take a little more than you recommend, but that is up to each person. In any case, they are good and they help me... I think I speak for everyone when I say that.

Good, pleasant strawberry flavor. Dissolves well and causes no digestive issues. The measuring scoop is convenient. I use it after workouts. I would like to find a slow-digesting nighttime protein from this brand.

For me, it’s excellent in every respect. Triple Chocolate is my favourite flavour—it tastes like Granko :D The ingredients are excellent, and it dissolves just as well. It’s incredibly thick and filling if you mix it with milk before bed—absolutely fantastic :D For me, it’s the best protein powder I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried a lot of them. I only buy this one now. I just hope the price doesn’t go up, because it’s slowly creeping higher :D
