I ordered the Mojito flavour, put it straight into my hydration bottle, and chilled it in the fridge. When I tried it, I found it wonderfully refreshing. It hydrates well, and I do not feel thirsty.

Flavor: mix fruitI have the mixed fruit flavor at home, and it tastes excellent. I would compare it to a multivitamin. It has a thick consistency, so it lasts a long time and you do not need much to prepare a drink. I do have to rinse the measuring scoop with water and add that to the drink, because not everything always pours out, but that is to be expected. :) I use it before, during, and after training, and I do not need anything else. I also combine it with BCAAs, so I cannot say whether it has any recovery benefits, but I feel less tired after training when I use it. I would also like to mention the delivery, which is excellent as always—the product arrives the day after I order it. :)
